Common questions
What languages and interpreting formats do you support?
200+ languages, including all California threshold languages. On-site, simultaneous, consecutive, whisper, and ASL interpreting, plus video (VRI) and on-demand phone interpreting (OPI) through our own platform.
How fast can you deploy an interpreter?
For urgent and emergency requests, same-day — we've deployed interpreters same-day for a citywide power outage and a fire displacement response in San Francisco. For scheduled engagements, more lead time gets you a better-matched interpreter, especially for rare languages or multi-day events.
Are your interpreters certified, and do you support compliance requirements?
Yes. Court-certified and RID-certified ASL interpreters, HIPAA-compliant medical interpreting, Title VI/LEP support, WOSB certification, active SAM.gov registration, and a completed CAIQ Lite v4.1.0 security assessment. Full detail is on our Compliance & Security page →
Do you use AI or human interpreters and translators?
We build with technology — our own OPI platform, for example — but the deliverable is always accountable, human-verified work: certified translation, court-accepted output, and interpreters who can staff a summit booth. AI-only vendors can't sign a certification.
How does pricing and the quote process work?
Every engagement is scoped individually by language, format, and volume. Certified document translation starts at $39/page with a flat quote within 24 hours. For interpreting, events, or public-sector RFPs, we respond within one business day, and most procurement documentation is already assembled.
Do you work with government, education, healthcare, and corporate clients equally?
Yes — those are our four core practice areas, each with its own compliance reality: public-sector procurement, school-district family communication, HIPAA-compliant healthcare interpreting, and enterprise conference and event support.
